"This is a top rate hotel in Hue. It has been by far the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam. The rooms are amazing as well as the gym, spa, pool and dining areas. I will definitely look out for the MELIA brand as I am unfamiliar with this chain and I certainly hope that the others will be just as good!"

"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights. This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself! A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat. I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"

"I had a very relaxing time at this property. The staff were very kind and attentive and would check up on me quite regularly about any needs I might have. I rented a scooter for the day and felt the axle was bit misaligned and expressed my concern. They immediately and rather quickly brought another one which was perfect. The food served is also very delicious and I would recommend to have breakfast included as the property is a bit further from imperial city. The room itself was so beautiful and very clean. No bugs, no strange stains. I had an incredibly peaceful stay here. As I mentioned above the property is a little further away from imperial city but it is closer to all the tombs and abandoned water park, etc. if you rent a scooter, you’ll have access to everything in Hue. Overall, an amazing stay! "

"Les espaces verts de l’hôtel sont très beaux et l’hôtel a réellement un cachet avec ses boiseries. Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant a été très prévenant . La chambre est nettoyée matin et soir ce qui est appréciable. L’hôtel est à l’écart du l’agitation de la ville, ce qui en fait un endroit reposant. La réception est venue spontanément nous informer que la ville de Hoi An, notre prochaine destination était inondée, ce qui nous a permis de changer nos plans au dernier moment. Ils nous ont aussi aidé à contacter notre prochain hôtel à Da Nang. Bref, rien à reprocher."
