Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!

This is in a great location, close to the train station with plenty of local food spots nearby. There's also a good selection of convenience stores less than a minute away. The room was clean and well-presented for our family, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Having a fridge/freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer was a huge plus, and we used them quite a lot. The only downside was the soundproofing. We could hear other people stomping around above us, and our kids were probably a bit too noisy for the neighbours.

There’s laundry in the washroom. I like that the toilet and the bathtub is separate. Bed was spacious. The room is very big compare to the other hotel in Japan. Love that there’s a fridge and kitchen in the room

9/10 Wonderful! (5,581 reviews)
"Our overall stay at the hotel was great. The staff were friendly, the lounge was nice, and the location was great. The staff at the front desk helped us to schedule a taxi to the airport which was awesome. The staff said the cost would be 12,000 yen or about $76 usd, great! However, the taxi driver ..."
