"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We Loved our stay at the Mathis House Victorian Bed & Breakfast and Tea Room luncheon. Beautifully decorated. Loved all the food selections. both Tea & breakfast. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Had a cute shop also. We loved the selections of teas & bought some for home. Highly recommend staying here."

"An old quilt covered the bed. We were not sure of the cleanliness. There was a strong cigarette smell so we needed to keep the window open on a cold night. The heater did not work. There were spiders and ants in the room. Only 2nd floor without elevator was available. "
