"Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights. Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"Absolutely loved staying here so so much! Not only was the property beautiful and the location was phenomenal but the staff went above and beyond! I would recommend this place to anyone coming through to hike in the Dolomites! I’d stay here again in a heart beat!"

"A great place to stay when starting the Altavia one trail. The location is close to town and easily accessible by bus to the trailhead. The breakfast was great and so was the dinner! "The shuttle up to the pass is great and we used it every day even if a little pricey. It would have been nice to have breakfast included as part of our package but it was a very good meal with lots of choices. Dinners were difficult, few choices available with out meat, one salad which was very bland/limited and Dinner service was very slow so somewhat hard to eat early before retiring for evening. The staff were best part of experience, incredible, very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend a stay here for a night or a week!"

"Staffs are super friendly and helpful, from the front receptionist, waiters, waitress, and chef. Breakfast has so many selections and the chef offered to make eggs anyway we’d like since we are lactose-intolerance and gluten sensitive. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfortable without A/C where other Dolomites hotels are so hot. We wish we had stayed longer here!"
