Good

Room is perfect & staffs are very helpful n attentive.

It’s a somerset so very nice if a tiny bit expensive Plus points as opposed to say citadines also in the group is that somerset has carpet’s reducing noise from corridors and neighbours Always nice and if not always fixed

I suggest incorporating a wider assortment of Western breakfast options to better cater to the tastes of our Western guests, as this would add delightful variety to the menu. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay—the experience was delightful, the location was perfect, and the room I requested was just right. The staff, with their warm and friendly demeanor, truly enhanced my visit.

The hotel personnel was so accommodating, and the ambiance of the hotel was excellent. We also enjoy the food they serve, and we have a lot of choices from bread to main course.

Clean and new hotel

Friendly and helpful staff but cleanliness can be better especially the toilet which had a bad smell.

Clean and comfortable stay at the hotel. Room is spacious and staffs are very helpful. Short walk to shopping mall with many restaurants.

B Hotel is my go to hotel in QC. Great service. Fair amenities for the price. Great location.
