Very bad experience
The TV was not working. The staff was not helpful. I was asked to take another TV set from the office to my room. However, even I did so, the replaced TV set was still not working. You are helpless if you encounter issues.

After a night spent in the property , I got bed bugs bites over my back , not healing until now

You got what you paid for.
There was no check in staff at the counter most of the time. I tried calling and it was never picked up. I could not find the way to the room. Only after numerous call then the other staff who was off already, sent me a video that shows the way. The TV in the flat was not working.

Great location! Nice beach! Recommended to book 3 rooms then you can enjoy the whole apartment! However, there is a room to improve the house cleaning especially the floor and the sofa. And also the shower head water is too weak.

一連租了7個房間，分兩邊住，海獅這邊離馬路約5分鐘路程，晚上回去路上燈光不足，很黑，建議有老年人或小孩要先考慮！屋子整體滿意，舒適，租了三間房子給年輕人一同住，他們亦十分開心滿意！員工服務態度很好，出發前已聯繫我們，提供一切路程等資訊，亦有走到租屋處之路程視頻，十分細心，所以必會再次預定！
