오래된 시설의 장점을 이용하여 북유럽처럼 편안함을 추구하는 호텔이 되기를 바랍니다. 다만 세심한 청소와 찢어진 슬리퍼등 서비스면을 보강하면 좋겠습니다.

리모델링을 해서 쓰는데 불편없고, 전망이 아주 좋습니다. 통영 시내와 바닷가가 다 내려다보여요. 중심가에 있어 관광지 다니기 좋고!

전체시설 업그레이드 필요해요. 직원은 2 - 3 명 정도 있는것 같고 3시 체크인 이었는데 2시쯤 도착하니, 직원이 한명도 없었어요. 로비에 A/C도 꺼져있었고.

조용하고 괜찮아요

시설은 오래되서 별로 였는데 조용하고 교통이 편리하고 걸어서도 관광하기에 좋은 곳인거 같아요 기회가 된다면 다시 가도 좋을거 같아요 단점이라면 건물 안으로 들어가면 좋지 않은 냄새가 난다는것이에요

다신 안갈겁니다. 서비스는 둘째치고 난방이 안돼서 침대에 전기장판깔린 곳은 처음보내요. 청소도 엉망입니다. 다행히 이불은 그래도 깨끗합니다. 분위기도 귀곡산장같은 무서운 느낌.

위치 등 모두 좋음. 단, 시내 가까이 있다보니 주차공간이 충분치 않은데 결혼 컨벤션 센터가 아래에 있어서 결혼식이 있을 때는 주차가 어려울 수도 있음.

가격대비 좋아요. 약간 연식은 있으나 깨끗하고 동피랑 중앙시장 가까워 좋아요. 호텔 주변 경치는 시내임. 통영 구경은 케이블카 등에서 구경하면 되니까 접근성 좋고 가성비 좋아 만족했요

시설은 오래되었지만, 주변 관광지와 가까움

청소는 잘되어있지만, 시설 자체가 오래되어 쾌적한 인테리어라 할 수는 없습니다. 객실 wifi가 매끄럽게 작동하지 않아 인터넷 사용이 불편했습니다. 이런 단점이 있지만, 직원의 친절도는 매우 높습니다. 동피랑은 도보로 가능합니다. 조식으로는 토스트와 떡국을 나옵니다. 떡국 맛있습니다. =)
