"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and the on-site amenities like the pool and restaurant exceeded my expectations. "The room was smelling so bad from smoking although I requested previously a non smoking room, they had no other better option so they brought a fragrance to kill the bad smell and opened all windows. Minutes later I noticed that all the carpet is so wet from a previous water flood from the toilet, the water looks brownish so I insisted to move out and they offered a nother room. The staff were cooperative and friendly."
