"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "Great location to experience mt Fuji in a relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in the Japanese style family room which was very spacious with beautiful lake views. Both outdoor hot springs were really lovely, one with a view to Mount Fuji. Breakfast was excellent with breathtaking view of mt Fuji. The staff were very helpful. Some parts of the common areas in the hotel definitely need refreshing. But overall highly recommended. "

"This is a little hidden gem of a location in lake kawaguchi. It is so good! I honestly have enjoyed our stay! The staff was nice and helpful, location is walking distance to several restaurants and convenient stores. If you have a car, it's much better! The house was very modern and the room was so spacious, nice and clean. If you are an adventure lover, this area is close to some sight seeing. It's not a problem if you don't have a car since the bus stop is close by. Hotel and location is a 10/10 for me"
