"Absolutely loved our time here! The owner was very welcoming and helpful, we were able to do a few loads of washing which was really needed. The property is spacious and very cutely decorated. Each piece of decoration brought us Joy.
Highly recommended. "

"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. We stayed for three days, and my family, especially the children, thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. While the hotel is a bit...

"Clean and updated property with many amenities. Very comfortable!
Without transportation, it’s quite far from train/ bus station especially when on foot with multiple pieces of luggage. Not many restaurants in the area.

"Simply Awesome! The view, villa, neighborhood, and everything else. This was my favorite place to stay in my entire Japan trip! Traditional room with floor beds took this experience to whole another level!"

Fuji Speedway Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"Great concept for a hotel - one side offers the full view of Mt Fuji, another side offers the thrills of Fuji Speedway. The breakfast is excellent (food & views), with views of Mt Fuji. We signed up for a driving course at Fuji Speedway, which is connected to the hotel. The only issue is that it's quite remote, and it's best to drive there (roads to the hotel are very dark at night). There are no convenience stores such as 7-11 nearby, you have to drive about 2-3kms out to get to the nearest one. Other than that, the integrated racecar museum was also amazing, with actual historical artifacts that you can get up close to. Really awesome concept hotel."
"The location is lovely and the onsen is very clean, but the hotel was extremely noisy. The roof shakes whenever someone walks in the room above. I got only 3 hours sleep here because it was so noisy. The hotel staff also didn’t inform us that you can’t have breakfast unless you register the day prior. "
"Room was clean but had a faint smell. Large air purifier and dehumidifier running loudly as we entered the room. The elevator has a weird carpet that catches on suitcases and makes it easy to trip. Guest floors are accessible to the public and rooms are locked via a keypad rather than keycard which makes it feel unsecured. Breakfast was average. Staff are nice but not strong English. 15 minute walk from station, no footpaths. "
"For me, it's perfect
Location:
- If you're looking for a breathtaking sight of Mt Fuji, this is the way to go. It may not be the most convenient Hotel but I'd say it has a great view of Mt. Fuji.
Staff:
- They are professional, Friendly and well Respected. They will give you very accurate information at their hotel and try their best to make you feel comfortable.
Dinner:
- Dinner is a must-have. I'm sure there are other options around, but make sure you try them since you're there. All their food was fresh or cooked on site. The quality is top-notch.
Room:
- The Mt. Fuji view room is everything you would expect for a four-star hotel. Clean, essentials were ready to use, comfortable, and quiet. I personally was very please at the fact that although it's right next to a busy street, I still got my quality sleep.
Breakfast:
- equally amazing as the dinner. I like that they had western style and a traditional Japanese breakfast. Be there early for an even better experience.
Overall, it's one of my personal favorites, and I definitely will come back in the future. Make sure you try their onsen while you're their you'll be surprise on how good it is."
