"Buen hotel para disfrutar de Mt Fuji un par de diad"

"This property was in a nice location overlooking the lake. From one of the onsens you could see Mount Fuji. We booked a Japanese style room where they make the beds for you daily and it was a fun experience. The staff member we had for our dinners was EXCELLENT and very friendly. The only thing to note is that there isn't much air conditioning in the rooms so prepare for warmer nights."

"Wonderful location for amazing view of Fuji. The grounds are well maintained and Onsen is excellent too. We ate both nights in the hotel and had a superb meal. Regular shuttles to the town centre which finishes at 19.30. recommend if you don't want to be in Kawaguchiko which to be honest is busy and tacky."

"Clean, big room, VERY helpful staff, wonderfull onsen/hot bath, excellent wifi. They communicated really badly before checking. I really like the reception staff. Bathroom tiny but this is a common trend in Japan"

"I booked two twin rooms. One room was lovely with a beautiful view over the lake. The other room was like being in a closet! It had one tiny window and was old and tired and was situated at the back of the hotel. I complained but was told the hotel was fully booked. Although when I offered to pay more suddenly a room became available! Disappointing! "
