"Gorgeous garden and the view of Mt Fuji "

"I’ve stayed in this property 3 times. Each time the staff has been exceptionally polite and helpful. Great English communication if needed. The Onsen on site is amazing with a fantastic view of Fuji. I haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner myself so I can’t comment on that but for breakfast it’s great. The hotel is also 5ish minutes from the FujiQ Highland stop so it’s convenient to get to if travelling from Tokyo and it’s half an hour one way to the Chureito Pagoda and half an hour the other way from Lake Kawaguchi. I’ve recommended this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area."

"It was an exceptional hotel with an excellent customer service and amazing facilities. Breakfast was never the best. Everything served was great food. Even a white toast might give you a different taste. You won’t regret it. Amazing facilities such as onsen, sauna, cold water whirlpool, Massage chairs, and the special skincare products by Kosé. "

"The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Excellent amenities. Excellent private and public onsens. Quiet. Calm. Relaxing. I slept like a. Baby for 13 hours after a massage and two hours at the onsen. Great breakfast too!!! Incredible stay. "

"More than we ever expected! Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Staff is so kind and nice. They held out luggage after checking out. We took a free shuttle offered by the hotel to get to Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful,"

"I had an incredible room regardless of Fuji-San hiding during my stay, the view of the hills and lake was breathtaking. Lovely Staff. The onsen was wonderful. The Obaasan’s at breakfast were so kind and hardworking. This was my favourite food in Japan so far! The staff at the desk were kind and helpful.
