We had a lake side view which was beautiful. The traditional Japanese style dinner was a great decision. Staff is very, very helpful and courteous. "The staff were wonderful and gave amazing restaurant recommendations with a ready map of their locations. Room was very nice, having both a more traditional Japanese side and a more western standard size, although i do wish the beds could have been pushed together"

"Great hotel with a beautiful view of the Mt. Fuji! We were welcomed with a free upgrade, with a clean and spacious room! The buffet breakfast was also delicious. We also found that they offered free shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station and Fuji-Q Highland so if you’re interested in visiting there, i highly recommend using it. I woke up to a beautiful view this morning and will be coming back again in the future!"

"The view to the Mount Fuji from my room (331) was amazing! However, apart from that and helpful staff the hotel is quite run down. Breakfast was very poor, especially options for westerners."
