Lamp shades literally stained dirty. Couch dirty. The worst hotel! Run the other direction! Do not rent a room here! "

One of the highlights was the onsen experience—relaxing in the hot springs while taking in the scenery was pure magic. The included breakfast and dinners were exceptional, with an incredible variety of high-quality dishes. The fresh sushi and sashimi were outstanding, and the tempura was perfectly prepared- crispy, light, and delicious. If you’re visiting the Fuji area, this hotel is a must. It’s the perfect combination of relaxation, service, incredible food, and stunning natural beauty. We would absolutely stay here again."
