"Great size room, super comfy Mattress, delicious breakfast with the best omelette ever made by a fantastic chef! The onsen , public bath, sauna facilities with a fantastic view of Fuji Mount. The view of Fuji from the Hotel Mt Fuji made our ten day trip to Japan very special."

"I took the taxi so I couldn’t say about the free shuttle, but the onsen was perfect that I would return again. The sushi in the Hakone dining buffet was fresh. The unlimited amount of alcohol in the buffet surprised me. The Mountain View from the private bath and the 6th floor open air bath were so pretty. The staff was cordial too. The room was so nice that I didn’t feel like going outside for my stay. There’s an underpass within the hotel that takes you to morinoyu and the kowaiken water park for the family. I would definitely go again soon and recommend it for people experiencing an onsen for the first time."

"This was the best resort stay I have ever had! The staff went over and beyond what was expected. The view was spectacular! The food was including the room dinner and breakfast were amazing. The amenities were equally as amazing, so many different things to do that we actually didn’t have enough time to do them all unfortunately. I would love to return at some point."

"This is a very old and dated hotel. They allow smoking in all the rooms. At least the windows opened. Good thing it was spring. Staff do not speak English, so made communication difficult. "

"Breakfast was the best. Walking distance to the Fujisan station/mall. We did rent a car around but taking a transit or a bus is okay too but you have to olan ahead cause they dont come around often. They have coin landry, free car parking ang a shuttle to specific area. They dont have aircon but its spring so weather still a bit tolerable. "

Easy to book private onsens which were impeccably kept and really nice for a family gathering Food: the staff went above and beyond, helping fix a very quick vegetarian dinner for the vegetarians in my family. The spread was amazing and huge. Same for breakfast. Rooms: very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended stay - wish we stayed longer here!"
