"If I could give this a 6 star, I would. This place had everything great. They had a gift shop, they had a restaurant, they had a bar, they had options for rooms if you want to see Fuji-Q or Mt. Fuji. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and diligent. They have great hospitality. I would book this place again just to relive the feeling of my first time there."

The service is impeccable, the hotel has 140+ years of history, and the dining choices are superb. Well worth the stay. And did I mention the staff?
