"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."

Everything was spotless, and there was always someone available to help whenever we needed it. We stayed in the VIP Besso area, which was truly amazing. The dinners each night were spectacular, and the entire experience was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel!"
