experience. From the entry to check out one is treated with the upmost service. Traditional attire is provided. Our traditional room with balcony ofuro overlooking the lake was superb. The traditional dinner setup in the bedroom was exceptional. The onsen is fully equipped with a variety of pool temperatures and Pola amenities.
