"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We booked the half-board package (one night with dinner and breakfast), and both meals were delicious. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The only minor disappointment was the rooftop foot bath, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"The staff of this hotel are some of the best in the business. We appreciated their genuine, courteous, and hardworking efforts to give us a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding. The spaciousness of the suite was a delight after staying in smaller hotel rooms in other parts of Japan. However, there was black mold (unfixed water damage) and dirtiness in the bathroom of our suite that made us quite uncomfortable. Additionally, we had chosen this hotel specifically for the purpose of enjoying the tennis courts and other fitness facilities, which were each in disrepair and significantly neglected. The neglect of the outside property was so significant that it made it impossible to use them. This was very disappointing to us. We wished that we had therefore stayed elsewhere."
