"Our room was so spacious and we had a view of the CN Tower which was really nice. Overall the experience was 4.5/5 stars however we did find someone’s hair all over the shower walls which was super gross. The bathroom was clean but I’m assuming whoever cleaned it maybe forgot to remove the hair on ..."

"Our stay at the holiday inn downtown Toronto was great. Staff was very helpful, we were immediately assisted with our over size truck for parking and help with our luggage and our room cleaner Paulette was super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again."
