"Staff was extremely rude and completely unhelpful with every interaction that occurred during our stay. It was like they just couldn’t be bothered with anything that had to do with customer service. They were annoyed when you walked into the lobby to interact with them at the front desk."

Only downside was the food at the restaurant (you can have it delivered with room service) was often incorrect to what we ordered or not that tasty, but not a dealbreaker. "

"My balance on check is supposed to be $3.00. I was charged $9.00 when I viewed my account. I believe I was charged $6.00 for parking and I confirmed on checking my fee for parking was free and only for a second car would be $6.00, which we did not have. Some of the people staying there were sketchy and it reeked of marijuana all day and night."

"We booked online through Expedia and paid about $540/nt. I assumed this high rate was due to the proximity to the music fest we were attending but while talking with some other guests we found that they had only paid about $225/nt. The location was excellent. Very convenient to restaurants and the beach. Thr room was very clean but smelled of cleaning chemicals. Kind of like an old motel. We asked for a quiet room due to the music fest across the street and they moved us as far away from the venue as they could however the ice machine was right outside our door and made a lot of noise when people were getting ice at night. Not a huge deal though. 2hrs of free bike rental per day was a definite plus. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough for me to see to shave."
