The room is great. Reasonably priced comfortable the TV worked. There's breakfast. I can't stay enough. Good things and a easy walk to the beach. Better than the Hilton Wayfarer downtown!!

Only good things I can say is that the staff was friendly and the proximity to the beach / pier was great. The room was filthy and wreaked of urine. The only parking is underground and there is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage (and in my case child) up numerous flights of concrete stairs.

Hotel and room were okay, especially for the price. The hotel appears recently renovated with lots of potted plants everywhere, giving the courtyard/parking lot a nice vibe. We lit courtyard as well. And the actual parking is in their underground garage, off the street. Very secure.

Staff was excellent. The room smelled like smoke. They switched me to another room, but it was more of the same. Smoke smell but covered up by cleaning solution. Substandard room with stains on pillow cases, deferred maintenance in unit and broken shutters. Staff was very nice and accommodating however will not return due to building. Wish I could have received a refund and gone elsewhere. Good location.
