"The staff were top class and incredibly helpful with holiday tips and taxi booking etc . The rooms were modern and very spacious. The location is great once you know about the elevator lift to the town centre. The breakfast room and options were great. The pool area is in the sun for the first half of that day . Too hot for us on this visit . Overall, a super hotel."

"Comfortable room and good shower. Small balcony but fine for a short stay. Food pretty good both at dinner and breakfast. The hotel is well located for the train and a short stroll to the town centre."

"I was given different price on the website when I booked it but was overcharged me with £180 till I realised. Which they refunded the money and took ages to do that. No apologies or no compensation was offered by manager who was bit rude. Please do check when you pay at the property on arrival."

"If your on the hunt for somewhere maybe 3 minutes stagger to the main squares, this is it. Really clean and nice place great location if your on the hunt for just a base station for your stay. Can be a little noisier at night but would be dependant on room. Would recommend staying here! Staff are friendly and welcoming."

"The place was nice, the food unfortunately was not very bland stuff and for the price for half board seriously isn’t worth it. I went for a week and on day 2/3 got food poisoning form the hotel food. Spoke to the front desk and didn’t really do anything about it. Even when leaving they never asked me how was my stay nothing. Some staff members we nice but as an overall trip I didn’t enjoy the stay at all and thought it was incredibly over priced."
