The only things I did not like was the size of the bedroom and the lack of space to put our stuff. It was also extremely expensive for the size of the room.

The quality of the food in the evening could be improved. There has, in my view been a marked improvement in the service provided by this hotel in the last two years particularly in the attitude of the staff. Overall we were very happy with all aspects of our stay

Transfer to & from hotel was on time. Drivers were polite & helpful. Hotel had great facilities, clean & the service, excellent. The food was fabulous . We shall definitely return.

Lovely Stay in Sol Don Pedro Hotel Tormellinos
We had a lovely holiday in Sol Don Pedro Hotel, location was brilliant, it was literally situated on the beach and was part of two other hotels. It was only a few minutes walk from centre of Tormellinos. We were just there on a bed and breakfast basis and breakfast was lovely and spoilt for choice. Staff were very helpful, friendly and nice, Hotel was spotless, look forward to a return visit next year. It is very well situated for getting buses or trains to other parts of Costa del Sol if that’s what you want. Loved the Pools. There was a great atmosphere in the Hotel and very convenient to Airport.

Best of both worlds
Very welcoming staff , clean modern hotel. Cosy but well equipped rooms with fantastic showers . Multiple pool areas with plenty of sun loungers . Ideal location for beach lovers

Great hotel
Just home from a week stay. Very clean. Nice food. Friendly staff. Great location. Beds aren’t the most comfortable & rooms small in size. Some building work going on but minimal disruption from this.

AVOID AVOID AVOID SOL DON PEDRO MELIA GROUP HOTEL
We booked 4 rooms, 2 were dirty Upon arrival, so we were given another set of rooms, 1 of those flooded with the shower, so we were then moved again, they cancelled out booking upon our arrival as we didn’t have the card we paid with as the card had expired but we could still prove it was our card,we were told to make another payment, which we did and they would refund us what we originally paid. They did refund us however they left us £100 out of pocket as the ‘exchange rate’ had now changed. Ana the manager was polite, The other deputy manager was very rude. If you want hassle free, avoid this place. I will also be writing a complaint email to Melia group because this whole trip was a waste of money.

Location perfect. Metres from the main promenade and beach. Excellent standard of hotel. Shane about the gate to the whole complex ( Don Pablo/Don Pedro/Don Marco ) being out of order but not a big issue really and I am sure they will have it sorted by summer.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast. Smallish rooms but loads of space in the hotel. Only complaint, no kettle in room. You can hire one for €3 per night! No thanks...

Decent hotel near the beach
Nice hotel, decent rooms but make sure you ask for a good view. The hotel is still under construction in some parts from a major refurbishment which was unsettling with the mess and noise. Lots of pools, mainly older crowd. Unfortunately with the refurb the hotel has lots its charm and now is a blank modern box with many spaces in the hotel sitting empty. You wouldn’t know your in Spain which is such a shame. Buffet was ok but not well laid out. You have to go to four stations for just tea and toast! I worried for my older parents. Entertainment at night was just awful!! Maybe more suited for the over 55s. Lots of sweet local cats on the property which were the best part of the hotel. I hope they are looked after by the property.

Great hotel, but some construction (not too loud)
Excellent hotel, next to the beach. Part of a complex of three hotels. Staff very good, hotel excellent. Great choice of food at breakfast. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. The complex has 8 pools! Will definitely be going again.

Pedro was CLOSED
We couldn't stay at the Don Pedro as it was CLOSED due to unfinished building work.We had to stay at the Don Pablo which wasn't good as I have mobility issues and my partner is afraid if heights! We didn't get my prior warning and found out on the day of our arrival.

Close to sea great facilites food good service good only one problem the drawers in the bottom of the wardrobe could not be oened threw the gap the wardrobe sliding doors made & so were unusable as they were the only drawers in the room this made storage difficult room a little small fine for one or two pepole but not for 3 or 2 plus child

Lady minute booking , excellent location , hotel one of 3 in a large complex and could use all facilities which was good . Room modern ? Asked for a pool view which we had. We had bed and breakfast which was fine , plenty of choice around for meals or snacks . Clientele more mature , ok with me looking for a break from kids lol . Happy hour on one of the bars always very popular ,

Comfortable and relaxing.
Comfortable, relaxing. Helpful & friendly staff. Three hotels together made for more amenities. Lovely pools & sundecks. Very clean & tidy. Would definitely return. Maybe next time we would stay at Don Pablo. Beautiful looking hotel, but all three look nice. Looking forward to our next trip.

I book this hotels for his good reviwes. we asekd for a room with one big bed (5 month before arivving), when we got there, they didnt had the room we requesed after all, and just when we said we are celebrating our engagement they surprisingly found a room. the hotel is very clean and really close to the beach and the city center , the room also very clean and nice. the meals dosnt change, and every day there is the same food. the hotel is connected with don marco and don pablo - there are 2 dining room for all the three hotels, and 3 swimming pool for all. the swimming pools are not ver big, and dosent play any music at any one of them. if you are a young couple, I wouldnt recommend for this hotel, since it dosent have any thing to offer for the young crowd (we are 27-28 years old). very important to know, that although the stuff is very nice, most of them dosent speak english very well, and dosent always understand what we said, it was very frustrating. I will not go back to this hotel again.

Nice Hotel, great facilities and close to beach
A very nice hotel within a big hotel complex. You have access to all pool facilities (there are quite a lot of them). Food is good, a great selection at breakfast and also at dinner. Dinner is much worth for money in the hotel instead of going at the restaurants along the beach unless you wish something fresh and grilled right away. Hotel is clean and staff is helpful and friendly. We loved very much the entertainment in the hotel: live music, flamenco performance. The location is very close to the beach and if you happen to have a car and drive around, you can easily visit other places like Marbella or even Gibraltar. It is also convenient because you're close to airport, just 15 min away drive. We enjoyed our time at Sol don Pedro!

Convenient hotel with plenty of pool space
Hotel complex is clean and well kept. Good fairly typical with good selection for breakfast. Unfortunately the extension work being done meant we were woken up before eight in the morning with hammering and drilling so loud you could not hold a conversation in our bedroom. Noise continued all day.

Nice hotel very close to beach
Decent hotel for the price you pay! Excellent breakfast with numerous choices so please don't miss it. No tea and coffee making facility in the room and when I called the restaurant they did provide me hot water but charged 3.5 euros just 2cups of hot water. Overall plesant stay and would return . I would request hotel management to ensure tea and coffee making facility in each room.
