We would have preferred a larger balcony as suggested in the photos on the website! Also feel it should be clearer that the property is situated on a very steep slope! Not a problem if you have a car which we didn't!!"
"The property is very clean and is right by the beach and long promenade, which was nice. The food was plentiful but didn't always taste flavourful. Some staff are friendly, others really unhelpful. We asked for directions to take the bus to Malaga, which is quite far from there, and were given a sheet to scan and find out ourselves with no helpful direction of where and when to catch it. We ended up waiting 2hrs with another family from same hotel and had to pay for the tickets again because...

If we did not get help from other guests how to check in, it would have been more challenging. Needs significant improvements how to check in and prepare guests for them to check in."
"We felt that this hotel should be a 3 star hotel because it needs to be updated. It was very tatty with cheap looking furniture. It did have a nice pool area and a spa, which we did not use. Hotel was situated on the beach, which was nice. Only ate breakfast, which was nice with a lot of choice. We would not stay here again."

"Beautiful Sean front hotel with a small secluded beach so you feel removed from the large mass of people on the longer beaches. Wonderful staff, midday check out as standard and courtesy use of towels, beach and pool and a change room on day of check out. Will be back!"
"Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Giving complimentary orange juice or cava! Throughout the stay the staff offered kind advice and helped make the time a lot more enjoyable. The hotel breakfast buffet is good for variety and easy to get a table! Pool loungers are a premium - prepare to reserve or or be disappointed by early risers reserving! Proximity to beach is second to none - electric code on the gate to the pool and you’re out on the public walkway at the beach."
