"We had a perfect stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive when we encountered a small issue that was completely beyond their responsibility. "The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable.
The roof top deck is lovely.
We would definitely stay again.

"Overall, had a pleasant stay. Attentive staff, easy check in and clean room. Stayed 1 night, the only thing that could be improved perhaps would be the heating. Otherwise, had a good rest and sleep. "

"This appartment is in a great location for seeing this wonderful city. Check in, although not personal, was remarkably good. Fridge noisy, bed noisy, a little olive oil salt and pepper would have been nice. We didn't need it , but a cutting board in the kitchen should be provided. The toilet paper provided was of the very worst quality! 😀"
