"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen. Trotz des noch neuen Zustands des Objektes waren bspw. Die Duschen oder Wände dreckig (Fugen etc.) den Toilettendeckel musste ich bei beiden WCs selber festschrauben und der Duschkopf war bei einer Dusche defekt ( Schlauch hatte keine Dichtung mehr) Die Lage der Unterkunft war super , direkt am Strand. "Quiet and peaceful apartments in a great location 5 minutes from Argentiere beach. Well priced for what it is - recommend taking a few kitchen gadgets of your own (as most French tourists do) to ensure you have everything you need. Also bear in mind that most self catering apartments in France charge extra for bed linen, towels etc so ensure you check this and are prepared, or bring your own. "

First Class Hotel and Staff

"We were two couples, my partner and I and my niece and her husband, staying in Toulon for the first time for five days. The hotel is modern, in an excellent location to both the centre of the town and the railway station. The personnel, particularly Aya and Auriane, were extremely helpful and very patient with my awful French and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. One facility which was extremely helpful was a 24-hour lounge area for all the residents where you could help yourself to drinks (teas, coffees etc) and to nibbles and fruit. It proved invaluable and we stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again for giving us such a pleasant stay."

"I'm eating this five stars, but I do have some specific caveats that won't mean much to many people. The hotel is excellent. It's located between the train station and road where many buses stop, and much of the city of Toulon is walkable from here. My main caveat was about the WiFi. It's fast but restricted in some very specific ways, and a little unreliable in poor weather too. For most people this'll be fine, it's good enough to mitigate the dent in your roaming data. But I found myself unable to join audio calls via Discord, unable to to play multiplayer games on my laptop, and unable to connect to my VPN for more secure use. My job is to make trailers for video games, so I don't expect this to affect many people. But if you need to do some work in a laptop whilst here, you may end up bumping up against these odd limitations. With all that said, I'd recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. It's priced like an IBIS but it's a lot less anonymous, with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. I recommend a room with a terrace, they're not much more expensive than a regular room. I really enjoyed the extra space and the view."
