MERCI DE ME REMBOURSER CETTE RESERVATION

Madame, Monsieur, je souhaite être contacté au plus vite puisque cette réservation n'a pu aboutir. Une fois arrivé à l'Hotel, j'ai la désagréable surprise d'apprendre que l'hôtel était complet et que le site continuait de prendre des réservations. Il était 20 heures!!! Tous les hôtels de TOULOUSE étaient complets. Je souhaite donc le remboursement de cette réservation! Merci

Le personnel est odieux je n’ai jamais vu ça. Comment hôtel.com peut continuer de proposer cet établissement. Au delà de l’hôtel en lui même c’est bien les gérants le plus gros problème Nous avons cru à une caméra cachée tellement c’était gros

hotel simple à consommer avec modération

La photo du site est très loin de la réalité, beaucoup de bruit par la famille qui gère l'hotel jusqu’à 1 h 40 du matin (période de RAMADAN) Propre, mais le strict minimum, pas poignée à la fenêtre, rideaux déchirés. Pour une nuit ok mais pas plus, pour un transit de transport.

Cet hôtel est une ARNAQUE et ne devrait pas être proposé sur votre site. A l'arrivée sur place la personne à l'accueil me dit ne pas avoir reçu le règlement et me demande de payer en liquide contre remise d'une facture. J'ai bien évidement refusé et après avoir insisté j'ai fini par avoir le responsable au téléphone qui a été très désagréable. Au final je n'ai pas dormi dans l'hôtel et je me suis débrouillé pour trouver un plan B.
