We didn’t know that parking is 17 euros and when we entered our room, the smell coming from the toilet was too strong so we had to open the window. Good thing about the hotel was the customer service, location, and pretty quiet.

The property is old but nice, Staff were very courteous, especially Margeux. Hotel was close to the Capitol, which made things easier. The room was very small but we managed.

Central and extremely convenient location for all touristic landmarks, shopping and the main train station. Very friendly and helpful staff but the decor ( with the exception of the newly refurbished bathrooms ) especially the old red carpet running throughout the hotel was disgraceful.

What a waste

Good. But could do better. Damp smell in room. Corridor damp and artic coming away in places. A dehumidifier would help and an air fresher in room. Also court yard could be made in to a lovely area for guests.But due to communal ground it’s just wasted. It’s a shame.
