Excellent experience here at the hotel. Only a five minute walk from the train station and very nice atmosphere in the local area. Rooms are small but well kept and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly as well

We arrived for a four night stay and found our hotel room covered in mold, grime, and dirt with a window that wouldn’t close (we were on the fourth floor) and a ripped off smoke alarm.

Hotel super bien place a un prix accessible, j'ai mes préférences a toulouse quand je suis de passage et hotel pastel fais partie !!! et en plus a chaque fois je suis surclassé ,la aussi j'ai eu droit a un studio complètement équipé avec cuisine ,grand lit ,grande salle de bain ,avec balcon vu sur l'avenue, avec les commerces, bar resto fast food, tres animé,j'adore prendre le petit-déjeuner sur le balcon avec un beaux soleil matinal ,a une prochaine très vite!!!!

Un hotel que j'ai l'habitude d'y séjourner quand je suis a toulouse et toujours tres satisfait en plus j'ai été surclassé et j'ai remercie les responsables de l'hôtel qui m'ont donné un studio complètement équipé au prix de la chambre que j'ai rezevé ! Je vous remercie beaucoup et je recommande cette établissement vraiment très bien situé gare ,commerces, resto tout a côté !!!

Guys please avoid. We was supposed to be in room 41 and there is no lift. It was 37 degrees. 4 times said key works. Moved to room 1. The room was dirty the bathroom is as small as a train it’s a wet room toilet. Have a shower and need the toilet wet feet. The room was disgusting. The aircon is controlled by reception. If we could have booked another hotel we would have. The lights flickered and one plug socket. It’s a 2 star hotel and the only bonus was its opposite a Lidl but the area is full of homeless and beggars.

Franchement,,super responsable de l'hôtel, iil e surclasse a chaque fois ! Pour le prix d,une chambre j'ai eu un appart dans une résidence appartenant a l'hotel super bien situe commerces, magasins, vous êtes en plein centre-ville ,le capitole a 4 minute a pied svp J'adore et j'ai recomande et encore merci au responsable de l'hotel a tres vite !!!
