I had an issue with the metro line shut down in Paris and ended up missing my train south. I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable
I have travelled the world and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Disgusting, dirty, stains on carpet, mold. The smoke detector in the room was even blocked. the hotel is in total disrepair. I had booked this hotel for the location & onsite parking. Location was good but there is no onsite parking.
Rather run-down. Room in poor condition, paint flaking Small ante-room with handbasins in smelt, very oddly, of turmeric! Internet signal poor. Noise from adjacent rooms and corridor at night. Bed OK. Good, but noisy, air-conditioning. Good location for sights, station and restaurants.

The staff checking in was great but I was 15 minutes late checking out because I thought it was later check out and the staff was very rude about it despite my apology. I’ll never go back
Yes, I booked an inexpensive (cheap) room, so I was not expecting a palace, and a friend who stayed at a different location said it was fine.
Nothing could have prepared me for the sight of the filthy (filthy!) carpet. Or the smell, like someone had spent a week boiling corn in the room.

Great climatisation. Staff fine. Breakfast fine for amount paid.
Bad layout of bedroom resulting in a strange shower cubicle accessed by very high step covered in slippery tiles when wet.
The hotel’s decoration is getting old which makes it difficult for staff to make it look clean. The lift is very small and claustrophobic, but aware that it is common in other hotels. We choose to use the stairs, which are a bit cramped with many turns, a bit like a lighthouse. The third floor (out of four), would have been a challenge for many people.
The hotel is well situated and well priced for what we found living there.

The front desk person Ilthat was there when U arrived did not gave me all the information I needed for my stay. I got a room close to the cafeteria so it was noisy in the morning, the walls are not sound proof. I had no hot water in my room. I did not mind because it was super hot outside and I was only stayin for a night. The front desk did not told me that they are at the desk 24h. So when I came back from my walk around midnight, the door was close. I see that we have to ring, I rang but no one answer. Since im not from here I thought that I had a time limit to be out. There was a phone number indicated and i tried to call but it did not work. Then 15 min later the front desk guy arrive because i kept ringing in panic thinking i will spend the night outside. I told him that it is a basic information to give to the customer so they wont worried. Also, we have to pay a 100 euro deposit that will be giving back when we check out. he also did not mentioned that i had to keep the receipt to get my refund when i check out...
Its cheap for a night, and around every attraction in toulouse but i would not stay there for more than 2 days.
“Parking available” means you get to the hotel only to find that the parking is not on site and not close. As the hotel is on a one way street you then have to go around the block and find the place, take a ticket then work out on which of the five levels you have to park on BEFORE you’ve even been able to check in. Did I mention that it is additional? Then, once you’ve navigated the elevator and the tricky door lock (turn the key right around three times.,,) you are confronted with a room that can only be described as ew. You can smell the damp and the mould. The toilet is in a cupboard in one corner of the room. The shower is in a cupboard opposite, but you can only half open the door as it is right behind your room door. There is a really wide tiled ledge you have to climb over to get in the shower- be careful when getting out as that tiled ledge gets slippery. I almost did the sideways splits and scraped my leg on the tile, which is a worry as the grout is covered with old mould. Where is the hand basin you ask? That’s in another corner cupboard where you will find the bidet and the sickly smell of mould is strongest here so make sure you keep that door closed. The TV that was advertised as being 80cm would be lucky to be half that- it was a tiny little thing. Now here is the fun thing, when you turn off the bedside light, the one bedside power point also goes off. So if you want to charge your phone- save yourself some time and don’t bother. Service was amazing though.
