It is a small holiday complex with no many facilities. Is located in an industrial area so no many things to do. The place was alright for one night.

Good value, basic, but the kictchenette was very useful. If arriving late, be aware that all of the local supermarkets seem to shut before 9pm.

Travelling stop with the family.
This was a rest stop from travelling across France. The stay was good and overall we were happy. The photos Are a bit old and what they don’t say is that it’s in a small industrial estate and is out of the way. We checked in relatively late and checked out first thing so didn’t try any of the facilities. overal I would recommend to others.

Good value for money, nice layout of property and close parking. A bit dated - some minor repairs needed. Location isn’t great if you want nice amenities within walking distance as it’s in an industrial area, but it is surprisingly quiet. Overall great for a stopover

We just spend the night before flying from blagnac, so overall we were there for 8 hours, nevertheless, we had a pleasant night

Great stop off at a great price. Clean, comfortable and quite stop after a long trip with a 10+11 year old, who were happy so we were happy as well.

Good hotel for the price and to spend the night.
Simple hotel good to spend the night. I expected a three bed apartment. Received a 1 bed+1 sofa. Most guests seems to be workers just spending the night. Neighbouhood not attractive but ok to spend the night. The bed is in a mezzanine, reached by a wood stair. Close to Airbus factory (Museu, visit etc). Outdoor apartments. Park your car in front of your apartment.

I picked this hotel because we only need a place to sleep on our way to Barcelona, nothing more. So it was convenient, and ok for the price. There are coin washing and drying machines here.

Good value apartment near Toulouse
Not a bad place to stay out of town, good value and has a useful little kitchen. A few minor issues we found were lack of hot water on a couple of occasions so couldnt have a bath or shower, supplied cutlery was not particularly clean and there isnt much sound proofing between rooms.

Clean, Nice staff. But there is only so much that can be expected from prefabricated rooms: dark, noisy, old fashioned, door and window very hard to close, a bit run down. Note: you need to bring your own sponge, detergent and dishcloth...

We arrived quite late but still received excellent service, the lady on reception was happy to switch our room to one with parking outside We used the kitchen to make dinner The toilet and bath are seperate which is great if there are many staying It would have been great if reception was open a little later or if there were cups in the room to make tea or coffee The bedroom is seperate and upstairs, the stairs are pretty steep so that is something to keep in mind

Great place to base out of to explore the area.
Overall great place. We ended up staying two nights instead of one because they had all the amenities that we needed. The first night the internet went out for several hours, but it came back on and worked fairly well the rest of the time. The staff was incredibly friendly. They even have pre-made meals that you can buy with a steam heater to reheat them. The soups were quite tasty. The space is laid out like a cabin with the bed being in a loft, but the ceiling is high enough to not feel claustrophobic. It's a bit out of the way, but if you are exploring the area it's a great base.

Great idea
This hotel has cabins with individual entrances - just like seen in American films like Psycho - great privacy and independence. We've arrived late and a letter with instruction and entrance code had been waiting for us at the entrance gate. Friendly hotel service speaking good English. Rooms are very spacious, and spotlessly clean. They are double-level - the bed was located on a kind of internal balcony, accessed by stairs. Not a problem for us - but persons with limited mobility should be warned that the stairs are rather steep and not the easiest to access. The room also included a fully equipped kitchenette, with electric and micro-oven, full set of cutlery, plates, pots etc. On the negative side - there was no electric teapot, that would otherwise seem an obvious thing. All by all, an ideal place to stop, for both typical hotel stay or a more "residential" style that you'd love for a leg of your vacation travel. The location is not, unfortunately, very appealing - it seems to be a kind of industrial estate, with a truck base in vicinity, but is very quiet and only an easy drive 20 minute drive from Toulouse centre - even less if Let's Visit Airbus is your destination as it was in our case.

Nice enough place in an out of the way location. Room security was a bit of an issue with a single bolt to lock the doors. Room was clean and staff were helpful. As a stop off before going to another location, is an ok option

This is a decent place to stay if you have a car, if you're going by public transport then it's a little out of the way. It's close to the big maze as well as some other attractions. The town of Melville is a short drive and there is a large supermarket there so it's a good place to stock up. Room was clean, bathroom was small but perfect for a night or two. The cabin is a good size and the bed really comfy.

Like staying in a double-wide in the countryside
Wow, I thought I'd stayed in some mediocre hotels before, but this one takes first prize. It's like staying in a trailer - so narrow it's almost suffocating, with ceilings so low on the loft that you're almost guaranteed to leave with a lump on your head. And location - it's the middle of ABSOLUTE NOWHERE. Neighbors are a mine of some sort and a dance hall. Otherwise, it's at least 5km to nearest bakery or mini market. Must have a car to stay here. All together, not high on my list of recommendations.

Used this for overnight stay after flying into Toulouse airport. Very useful to have fridge, microwave & hob so could have some dinner & breakfast. Double bed & sofa bed so ok for family of 4 for one night. Airconditioned.

Convenient stop-over between Paris & Barcelona
Cheap, comfortable, no-frills overnight stop-over accommodation while traveling long distances by car. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English well. Room was comfortable and very clean. Like a cabin you would normally find in a caravan-park. Double bed in a loft and a fold-out sofa-bed for additional guests. Kitchenette, bathroom and toilet downstairs too. Plenty of space for our family of four. Fenced and gated car parking right outside the door to our cabin. Very happy with our stay.

Apart from entering the wrong area code in the sat nav and ending up in a not very pleasant area of Toulouse, when we eventually arrived here (late ) there was a letter stuck to the gate with a code to let us in and the room was ready for us. It was very clean, tidy but basic but then we were only staying overnight on our way home so it was just what we needed.

Une résidence qui gagnerait en propreté
Résidence à petit prix très satisfaisante pour passer deux nuits. L’équipement était minimal mais suffisant. En revanche, les extérieurs souffrent de manque de nettoyage, les détritus et notamment les mégots de cigarettes, jonchent les Parterres. C’est dommage.!

Rien a voir avec les photos du site odeur imonde de cigarettes a notre arrivées, propretée douteuses laisse a desiré poils dans la baignoire joints de douches moissis peinture a moitier faite dans l'entrée escalier a besoin dun bon coup de peinture. En gros premiere et derniere experience avec Expedia. Meme un dimanche il doit y avoir une permanence a la reception
