The hotel is situated in a great location, right on the main square for the Christmas Market in the winter and lots of restaurants, cafés and bistros nearby. The Social Hub Toulouse
Unfortunately there was no bar or food for hotel guests available due to a private function the hotel was providing elsewhere. This was disappointing considering hotel cost and also the approach the restaurant staff explaining to hotel guests.
