Our stay was good everything. Everyone was very helpful. Only downfall was we tried extending our checkout from 11am until 8pm as our flight didn’t leave until 11:30pm. The linq was not able to accommodate that. Otherwise everything was very good though

This hotel is very grand . Its location is near everything in waking . They keep you updated with what’s going on . We happen to be there during the tube strikes . But it all worked out . Food is excellent. Checkout smooth .

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Clean and spacious rooms. Very large and comfortable beds with lovely big TV. Amazing shower and also a big bath.
