I like the quiet areas (2nd floor lounge?) The hotel is old but well maintained - clean, no "old building smell"

Our stay was perfect for our 3 days in Rome. The area is busy but not too crazy and so it was quiet at night yet close to all the great areas for dining and shopping. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even upgraded our room when we asked for one with a better view to the outside. Thank you!! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Only negative was lack of hot water in morning. The afternoons/evenings was fine. The shower itself was small but hey, it’s Rome. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and friendly staff. Although this didn’t bother me, it could be a bit noisy at night due to some night walkers on the street.
