Original room was clean and pretty small, but enough for just the night. When we came back to the room the AC was broken and it was extremely hot. Front desk staff helped us get a new room with working AC.

It wasn't worth the almost $800. My expectations weren't met. I was informed at check in that I would receive a text notification when my room was ready. I never received a notification. When I approached the front desk to inquire, my room still wasn't ready and my family and I had to wait for our room to be cleaned by housekeeping. I wasn't impressed with the room and the check in was a hassle. After flying across the country with a family and two children, we just wanted to get in our room.

"Location is perfect. Air conditioning fan in the room can be improved better and quieter. Club lounge is the best place to provide complimentary coffee and tea for guests who need some rest and drinks during the stay. I will come again for my next visit in Londonm"
