We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our apartment. It was fully appointed with everything we might need. Naeme was amazing in communicating before and during our stay. She gave great recommendations, shared tips with us and arranged a taxi back to the train station. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tours or Lourie Valley area!

The property is lovely, charming and very clean. The AC worked well and kept us nice and cool each night. The park across the street is really beautiful and is a wonderful shortcut on your walk to the town centre. The young lady who manages the apartments could not be more warm and welcoming…if only every person in the hospitality industry was as wonderfully kind and helpful!! You’d be missing out if you don’t book your stay here.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable accomodations I have experienced. Perfect location and area for exploring the city with a gorgeous view of the Jardins Du Prébendes. Helpful and accomodating stuff when small issues arise. Definitely on my return stay list.

Excellent appartment, with plenty of space, good air-con, well equiped kitchen and comfortable bed. Parking on the street was easy to find. Overall one of the best places we've stayed in at a good price.

Perfect for a stay in Tours. Away from the downtown tourist bustle yet close to all the amenity that anyone could want. Lovely quiet environment with beautiful park opposite. My wife and I were in the new section which is very comfortable. Very highly recommended :-)

Apart from we had a problem checking in when we arrived late at 7:30pm and the staff are off from work already. We called the hotline and the problem is solved by the patient staff teaching us how to do self-check-in step by step. and later on we found out that they have actually sent us an email beforehand teaching how to self-check-in. so, dont forget to check your email if you gonna arrive after 6pm. everything else is perfect! clean and neat and tidy, as comfy as your own home! highly recommended!

This is the ideal place for a stay in Tours. The rooms are clean with all equipemnt needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, few minutes walk from the heart of the city and what a wonderfull park just in from of the hotel! We were given fantastic help and information for visting Tours and got supportive help to chose the castle to visit within our stay. Highly recommended place! we will return for sure!

C'est un appart hotel . La batisse est splendide et très très bien placée au pied d'un parc et a 10 mns a pieds de la vielle ville.Je recommande chaudement cet établissement .

Realmente el mejor apartamento visitado hasta ahora. Muy bien acondicionado con todos los utensilios / aparatos que puedas necesitar. Totalmente nuevo y con algunos detalles que hacen de este alojamiento algo superior. Existe posibilidad incluso de llegar fuera de hora y recoger las llaves de forma automática en una caja fuerte con acceso táctil.

Excellent séjour cet appartement est très agréable. Il est bien situé se trouve pré d’un beau jardin. Il est neuf et totalement équipé et bénéficie d’une literie de toute première qualité. Tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien haut niveau de service, très bon accueil et assistance qui n’a pas besoin d’être sollicitée pour faciliter votre séjour. À recommander absolument !

C’était un super appart/hotel. Tout inclus et propre. Pour notre court séjour ça a été parfait. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisinette mais tout y étais si nous avions voulu. Lit confortable, petit salon et salle de bain complète. Amplecement idéal au sud d’un joli parc et le reste se faisait bien à pieds.

Un logement rénové récemment fonctionnel bien insonorisé dans un quartier vraiment calme à proximité d'un jardin public agréable. Le vieux Tours est à 10 mn de marche environ. Possibilité de faire ses courses aux Halles vraiment bien achalandées avec des produits de qualité. Très bon accueil : tout est prévu notamment les capsules pour la nespresso et même l'éponge pour la vaisselle.
