Perfectly comfortable on a warm day in mid-April. Was on 3rd floor, and quite a bit of noise from nearby restaurants, but not too bad. Staff very helpful. Somewhat tired looking, but honestly very clean and perfectly comfortable.

The elevators were not working properly during our stay. Sometimes we waited 15 minutes for an elevator to arrive. Rooms were a bit tired. Views and location are great.

The outstanding features of the hotel are the staff and location. The hotel itself was good plus. There are minor things, such as the lounge furniture suffering from white glove neglect and the window seals (at least in our room) allowing cold air in and resulting in an annoying draft.
