"beautiful view, grounds well keep pool very clean. twenty-four-hour security, staff very helpful, easy access to main road. Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. The owner is availed by phone and lives close for any problems. "

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"The description of the property was not at all accurate. The pool was big but was not at all a ”resort pool”. The dishwasher didn’t work, showers didn’t work properly, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. It wasn’t close to anything. Nothing. No coffee maker or ice maker. Literally 4 plates. It was not well appointed. It was really disappointing. "

"Located perfectly on the most beautiful spot in Ocho Rios. Short walk or drive from major touristic attractions .
We Loved the hotel spaces . Food options were vast and the restaurants were amazing .
Everything super clean and the staff was so so nice and helpful always .
Only issue - shower dispensers for shampoo and conditioner were terrible , had to resolve to use my mini ones because they would not work , and there was no body wash.

"Check in was easy... I arrived early and was able to lounge at the pool until my room was ready. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and cool. Every room has its own balcony/outside sitting area, and mine overlooked the pool which was large and clean. There are bar stools in the pool for the swim-up bar and music was played during the day.
The property is well kept, the staff are friendly and I felt very safe.
The town and cruise port are a quick walk from the property for shopping, food, etc...
I also used the Uber App to get around.
I will definitely stay here again."

"Had the MOST AMAZING stay at this property. The staff are so kind, check in was a breeze, our room was clean and bright, and the location/views cannot be beat. Highly highly recommend Hibiscus Lodge. My boyfriend and I stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Jamaica (including more expensive ones) and this one ended up being our uncontested favourite. "This place is beautiful. The view from the back door is stunning. I had no trouble gaining access. I sent the owner a message the day before arrival and she sent the code within minutes. The property is gated with a security guard 24 hours a day. There is plenty of parking. The only complaint I have is that I wish the gym area was air conditioned. It was too hot in there even before sunrise."
