"Our second stay at this gorgeous hotel in a great location. The pool area is great and the staff at the pool area were brilliant (Viktor is a star) as were the staff at breakfast that was gorgeous with a great variety of hot and cold and a la carte egg options. The Spa is lovely and spacious and we used it when the weather was poor. There’s a Sauna, Steam room, Hammam and shower with numerous options. There is also a large pool and jacuzzi. We did however have some challenges we wouldn’t expect in a 5 star hotel: We filled in pre-arrival preference form and asked for a standard mattress - we got a very hard foam mattress (a topper was added after the first painful poor nights sleep). The coffee crème in the fridge (2 tiny cartons) was replaced 3 days out of our seven days and we had to call room service for cream on each occasion that it wasn’t replaced. I did request milk for tea one day from room service and was asked for card details to pay for it..(I decided to give the milk and tea a miss) We were in room 310B in aqua and were woken up 4 mornings in a row at 6:45am by very noisy dustbin men bouncing very large metal bins below our balcony. After wake up calls 4 mornings in a row we requested a different room and we were given a nice room in Baia with marina views. I requested ice twice on the evening of my 60th birthday 30 mins apart and it never arrived. I did however receive a birthday cake that was left in the room that was very much appreciated. "

"Cannot recommend this enough. Hosts have put a lot of thought into what you may need. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with all the equipment you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts were so friendly and always available to help with advice and information. Have stayed in lots of self catering all over and definitely one of the best. Location is great for exploring local area and further afield. Thanks Jovan and family…you really looked after us"

"5 ⭐️ and Above Absolutely outstanding stay. The host Sanja and her son Alex were so kind, polite, professional and sweet. I was picked up by Sanja on my arrive, the apartment was spotless and beautiful. There was a tv in the front room and bedroom, the kitchen was immaculate. Bathroom was spotless and bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The distance to the port of Montenegro was a 15 mins walk and from Tivat airport it is a 10 min drive without traffic. From Tivat to Kotor it is a 20 to 30 mins drive depending on traffic. I highly recommend this apartment and owners. "
