"The cable services (Netflix, YouTube) were not connected. The maintenance staff and the manager were unable to fix the issue. They assigned me a new room, but it still did not work. The phone also did not work, so the manager had to bring in a new one. The manager contacted IHG technical support to resolve the issue. During the process, he asked me to call technical support myself, which made it seem as though I was responsible for fixing the problem. Eventually, the cable service was restored. What surprised me most was that the manager did not apologize at all for the inconvenience I experienced over nearly three hours, as they had to address the same issue in both rooms I was assigned. I was unable to do anything but wait while this was being resolved, even though I needed to prepare for a meeting the next day. It has been weeks since my stay, and I still find it difficult to believe that even a simple apology was not offered, when that was all that was needed."

"We chose Courtyard as it is a reputable chain, and we were in town for a memorial service. Our room was changed at the desk as we had initially been placed in an accessible room, which we didn't require. We settled into our new room only to be disturbed by a large family walking in with cards keyed to our room. Apparently they had been given adjoining rooms which included the room we were in. Following, our key cards no longer worked and had to be reprogrammed. Family remained next door with much yelling and noise. Not the restful stay we were hoping for."

"The property looks nice from the outside but once you step into the lobby it’s run down. The furniture is antiquated and the front desk needed a paint job at least. Not staying here again."

"The facilities need an upgrade. What I liked about our room is that we had access to a microwave, fridge and free breakfast (omelette pancake sausage cereal and fruit) in the AM and coffee machines in the lobby 24/7. There’s a pool available in the summer. The hallways could use more lighting. If it weren’t for the above amenities, I would give it a 3. Otherwise, 4 for me."

"Room wasn’t ready at check in time and the hot tub was supposed to be fixed but was not. Pool area had no towels and was not clean."

"It was a very comfortable hotel. The rooms were nice, you didn't feel like you were in a box. The kitchens were good. "

"I stayed 4 days and couldn’t manage to get my room cleaned from housekeeping during my stay. Front desk staff did the very minimal in answering questions and addressing issues. Apathetic at best. Rooms could use a refresh as it was apparent flooding had occurred at some point in the past."
