This is a charming bed and breakfast and the perfect getaway if you're looking for a break from the big city. The owner was very welcoming and nice. Although we had to run to a school function, the owner quickly made us a delicious breakfast and coffee.

Giancarlo and Lorraine are wonderful hosts! This was my first experience staying at a B&B and it was a pleasurable experience. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was unsurpassed. Breakfast was delicious every morning and its location being close to "down town" Millbrook for dining options was very convenient.

I was surprised at the condition of this property based on the price we were paying. The property is very old, which I know is part of the charm. But the amenities were severely lacking - towels were old and scratchy, there were no toiletries provided at all. Breakfast was a real disappointment, again considering the price. I was there with my teenage son and breakfast was barely an appetizer for him. One piece of toast, one egg, three tiny slices of peach in ricotta cheese, and a very tiny glass of juice. This is not the hearty breakfast I expected from a rural bed and breakfast charging $250 per night and there was no choice at all, nor were we offered any seconds. We had to stop at Dunkin Donuts on the way out. There were good restaurants in Millbrook though. We ate at a wonderful little find called Julien's Pizza, highly recommend it. I'd go back for that, but won't be staying here again.

Above average B&B. Room good size. No TV at all, not even in common areas. Good internet so bring your tablet or laptop. Very nice breakfast, different every day.

The house is an older house with all that goes with that condition, but maintained very well. The hosts, John and Lorraine, were very friendly and hospitable. The cost was a bit more than I would have liked, but my stay was during the peak season. Nice place, nice location and nice people.
