"The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience."

"This place wasn’t dirty, but it was only OK. The room we had was very large and set up for accessibility. There was no carpet and the bed would slide around if you even leaned on it. Also, very uncomfortable to sleep. The refrigerator froze Anything we put inside. We were lucky our sodas didn’t explode. The laminate floors felt grimy. we went down for. “ breakfast.” And we were lucky if we got a prepackaged muffin. I guess they expect you to cook your own breakfast since you’ve have a tiny kitchen."
