"Kinosaki was the best part to my trip, the owners were so friendly and pleasant! The guesthouse is well maintained with a very spacious, open, shared sleeping area on traditional Japanese futon which may not be to some people's tastes but it is a unique experience. You are provided with yukata, small towels, and a basket for your belongings, but you cannot purchase the onsen pass from the hostel; this is not a problem though as you can purchase the pass from any of the main onsens. "This is such a beautiful location, and the home is well-maintained and decorated with care. When we arrived, four pairs of slippers were waiting for us, just as if we were staying in a traditional ryokan or machiya. We felt welcomed as invited guests.
