"Good choice for downtown Trabzon"

"This hotel is half renovated. 1st and 2nd floors are fully renovated and great. 3rd, 4th & 5th floors the rooms are renovated but the hallways have terribly old carpets & it is dark. Make sure to get the rooms with the view and avoid the fifth floor. The staff only understand Turkish, but the are very freindly, if you can somehow get them to understand what you want. "Staffs are not at all friendly.. English is very poor. Just the reception hardly speak English. "

"Lovely stay with friends, great rooms - huge, spacious, good facilities and bathroom products. Great location in Trabzon, walking distance of djoos, gd douk, restaurants. Small negatives - i emailed twice before visiting and never got any response. For one dinner i had a half sized salad, nut hot charged full price 😕 Would definitely return. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. "
