The bathroom area needs to be refreshed: the sink didn't drain properly, the light in bathroom is not bright. The carpets have stains on them, room light is not bright, and the door lock is loose."

"Walked into the pool with music loud rap, cursing. Went to tell front desk, they came and said something to guest, but guest did not turn it off. I went a second time to ask the front desk to ask them again. It was so uncomfortable because he had no idea why he had to turn his music off. Finally, after he did and left another guest did ask if she could play music and I told her please no we will be leaving soon. There was a dog barking in 2 rooms close to me, so I had to ask to be moved. The beds were on something metal and every time you moved you heard it.
