"Beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect - clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We were very pleased and will definitely stay here again!"

"The bed was great. Slept great. The hall carpet was dirty. The couch was stained. Carpet in the room was worn. The elevator panel was unfinished. They charged 20 per night to use the parking lot. They charge for breakfast as well. For the price its a little too far away."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and this time it just seemed okay. A little bit depressing to notice the downturn. The room was bare and mismatched. The toilet was running and the towel bar fell off the wall when I took a towel off it. The staff was pleasant though and the bar and outdoor seating was very nice. "

"The property itself was ok , the room was immaculately clean as was the bathroom. The bathroom was large as was the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn’t really have any amenities right outside however; downtown river walk and restaurants are about a 15-20 minute walk. They say they have valet parking but it is actually located in a garage on the corner of the hotel so it’s just the same to just self park."

"Hotel attempted to double charge us for a stain in the bed we hadn't slept in. Check out was 11 we was out by 1110. By 1130 they called saying they attempted to wash the sheets. There where multiple beds in room we didn't sleep in the bed wit the stain. So either they A. Didn't wash them before, or B. Had no plans to was them after. Either way that's bad business. "
