"Cleaning in the rooms was only surface-level. The chair in the room has a previous guest's spillage. The curtains were dirty, and the bed sheet had holes in it. The location was ideal."

Parking was easy and reasonably priced, which made the stay even more convenient. The location was ideal too—close to the tram and great shopping at the Trafford Centre . Overall, a fantastic experience and would happily return."

"Pretty unclean, bed sheets had marks on them, walls were all marked. Mattress was hard and pillows flat. The hotel bit of the building is not secure from the rest of the building so didn't feel very safe. Hallways also smelt strongly of smoke and reception required going down a flight of stairs with my suitcase. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere."
