"You get what you pay for. Place is a little far from city center, and has a lot of mould, since there is a windowless bathroom. But they are very helpful and room is fully equipped with everything a traveller needs (air condicioning, tv set, fan, bathroom, shower with hot water, full kitchen (small fridge, water heater for coffee and tea, stove and some kitchen supllies. Only downside is microwave wasn't working). Perfect for budget travellers."

"The worst "hotel room" I have ever stayed in. The listed address is wrong, located in a pitch-dark ally that is nearly impossible to find at night. I called the number for help but person was impatient and rude. When I finally arrived, I had to ring the bell 10 times before some finally stumbled out and opened the door. The room was a disaster, filthy dirty and crawling with insects. There was dangerous open wiring in the shower. No utensils in the kitchen, and when I asked for some they said...

"The views from both the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking, adding significantly to the hotel's charm. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip."

"We stayed at Mövenpick Living West Hanoi and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Breakfast at the Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The chef GIULIA has been incredibly accommodating who tailored to our dietary requirements, providing exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. Also, the chocolate hour was really nice too. "

I nice hidden gem in Cau Giay

"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "
