Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

Our room was great, it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were amazing... so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with . This hotel is in such a great spot, very close to lake and busy market streets but is quieter and easier to get to than many others .

We had such a wonderful experience staying in Hanoi at this location. Ruby and her staff are so kind and helped us make our stay even more special.
