"Would be useful if their website indicated that the best way to access the property is off the road between Alijo and Pinhao. Relying on Google is liable to send you down steep, narrow and twisty cobbled tracks! The hotel has fantastic views of the Douro valleys and vineyards. Our room was comfortable and the food at breakfast and dinner was good. The hosts are very pleasant."

"Modern hotel. Travelling on motorbikes secure parking is very important to us. We were able to book the hotel garage parking on-site for a fee, you access the garage via an electronic door at street level (note, there is a steep spiral ramp with a camber to access). Small comfortable room with air conditioning. Breakfast options were good. Supermarkets and shops etc very close by. Would recommend."
