"Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg. You can sit on the terrace. Staff were very friendly dot and helpful. We had the sea view which was nice but noisy due to trains running through the night. Maybe best to book Mountain View. Hotel is close to the spa and town centre. Great location."

"Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. Whilst there are lots of lovely eateries in Zell Am See for us this was an inconvenience simply that we were tired after being very active all day and would have preferred not to have to walk back into town and then back up the hill to the hotel. However breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Everyone was very helpful and gave us great service. We have had a very enjoyable stay."

"Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing."

"Great location. Great breakfast. At check out I was told that I owed an additional city travel pass I was supposedly given at check in. If I was given the pass I was never informed. And if I was given something, I should have never been charged."

"Excellent service, beautiful spa, good location clean room. If they would add a fan, mosquito net on the patio door, to enjoy the breeze without getting bit, and a water kettle to boil water, in every room, i would give them a perfect 10"

"The room was super stylish and well equipped with a great terrace and lake view. Spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The in-room sauna was amazing. The location is good and only a short walk down into town. Highly recommend."

"Pool is freezing.. only suitable as a cold plunge pool after using the sauna. However, the restaurant service and food was amazing! Very friendly waiters and bar staff. Friendliness at reception has room for improvement. "
