"Stayed for forth summer as always a great place to stay great breakfast and the staff cannot help you enough only one downside air con not very good but used sauna everyday and very clean area just a nice hotel in a great area for Malmo and Copenhagen as train very close and bus service great ,will be there again next summer"

"Fabulous, really big room ideal for our family of 3. We didn’t have the time to use the gym and sauna but liked that it was available. Excellent healthy breakfast choices, we loved it. The fact it was available till 11 means we could go to Parkrun and get back in time for food!"

"We were recently in Malmö after a wedding outside the city. For a couple, this hotel ticks all the boxes! It was clean and impeccably furnished. Our bedroom in the 'pink' building was absolutely delightful and they let us check in early when we arrived to drop off our bags. The breakfast also deserves a special shout out - absolutely fantastic!"

"The location was ideal--close to the train, in the older, more interesting part of town. Our room was OK--the carpet was worn and had some stains on it. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was strange--separate comforters on a king size bed, and we were unable to choose to make it into a sheet only, so were either too hot or too cool. The included breakfast was quite extensive and much appreciated. We hadn't packed converters for the electric outlets, and the receptionist was very kind to lend us 2 of them for the room. We had a very nice meal at the adjoining Bishop's Arms restaurant. Overall, a pleasant stay!"

"We were at this property for 3 days. This hotel has an excellent position in the city for access to the metro and the train over to Denmark. The staff was multilingual, very friendly, and kind. Rooms are as advertised: efficient, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure and heating were superb. Concierge desk and lobby bar staff were very nice and laid back. For those traveling from the States who may be unfamiliar with this chain or uncertain if it is a good pick, the rooms and experience overall are very good (don't expect to be waited on hand and foot). Kindly asking for what you need or want to know will result in a beautiful experience overall. Great stay, lovely people in this community, and yes - we would stay here again."
