Long story:I booked the wrong day in Expedia and could not change it in the application. The front desk could not change it because it came from Expedia. As I was trying to contact a real person at Expedia, the lady at the front desk reached out to their internal IT to get it manually changed. The process took a long time and many steps, while my attempt to call Expedia failed, she succeeded. I'm very thankful for what she did"
