The rooms were extremely clean. One room was roomy, one was a regular hotel room. Microwaves and frig in the rooms are nice. The man I talked to on the phone before I arrived to make sure one room was on the ground floor for my handicapped sister was very helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to help me. The man who checked me in was not very friendly, but he was ok. I think he was new. But he was ok. The woman who checked me out of the first room was nice. I felt safe at the hotel and there's lots of restaurants, grocery stores, quick markets within a half mile, and lots of other activities within 15 miles.

Holes in the shower curtain. The bed has a hook or sthing sticking out of bed..for $123.99 thats ridiculous.

Also, in the rooms there is a 24/7 Guest Support card with a toll-free number for assistance with internet help as well. It was a roof over our head while visiting my son in lineman school. It needs updates, dirty chair, cramped bathroom also not the cleanest. Free breakfast is coffee in small styrofoam cups no lids, oatmeal packets, peach yogurt & pre packaged Walmart cinnamon buns thrown in the pastry case. Staff wasn’t overly pleasant. All rooms open to the outside like a motel. Walk outside to get to lobby if needed.

Very displeased
Front desk people was awful. The day acted prejudice, her attitude was non accommodating. The night, couldn't care less. My daughter didn't want to set foot inside the room, and decided to stay somewhere else. Only house keeping was nice to us.

Perfect stopover
The cleanliness of the hotel could be seen from the moment you stepped into the lobby and carried over into the room. The rooms are very well maintained and you can tell that this hotel staff takes pride in their work!! The checkin staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic, with only pastries, oatmeal, juice and coffee. However, this is stated on their website, so was not a surprise. This is the perfect stopover place to stay.

It’s a NO for me!
The room was mainly clean. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable and for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there our rooms reeked of Marijuana! Apparently someone in the room above us was smoking it…and to each their own BUT when it’s no smoking rooms then respect the others around you! Three rooms all side by side were effected by this smell. One lady working tried her best to help the first day. On the second day we smelled it the man working didn’t care and didn’t want to be bothered by our concerns! I wouldn’t recommend staying here and mainly due to how the front desk man acted!!

Did not like how it smell like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking hotel. Housekeeping did not do our room as we stayed two nights at the hotel.
