"Everything was amazing, even down to when I fell off the motorized scooters ( which are super dangerous and should come with multiple warning labels) . Staff was helpful. As a RN I was able to nurse my abrasions but highly recommend moving them away from drinking areas. "

Pool - should have toilets situated for guests around the pool Elevators were slow at peak times and at times only 1 worked out of the 2. Food at the buffet had a great selection and customer service. A la carte restaurants need some upgrading but PR manager was excellent in checking in with us & taking feedback. "

"We had a good view of the beach and pool area. The only problem was that they were working on the pavers around the pool area. We would hear the construction noises in the mornings. We were charged a daily resort fee which we did not expect. I feel that Expedia should have included that in the cost of the trip. The staff was courteous always willing to help. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and family. "

"Communication just needs to be more forthcoming in preparation, but everything else was AMAZING! I would stay here again for sure. It was clean, very welcoming, well-thought out. The only thing I would change about the aesthetic is the shelving at the top of the stairs. Americans are bigger and clumsier than average and it's a little bit of a hazard if bumping into. Supplies were amazing! The kitchen had every dish we would need for cooking anything. The applicances were in great condition. The provide chairs and a cooler for the beach, which was a wonderful surprise! They should tell you that in their description. If they gave you noodles and an umbrella, it would be the whole package. We almost got those things for them, but didn't think of it until the last day when we ran out of time. We had enough supplies, towels, and blankets, all were very clean and of good quality. We felt extremely comfortable and happy in this home. The couch was also so very comfy. Thank you for providing us with such a thoughtful place to stay!"
